Warranty
Service under the warranty covering this product is the responsibility of the distributor, dealer, or contractor who installs the equipment. In the event that service under the warranty is required, the owner should request
such service directly from the distributor, dealer, or contractor from whom he purchased the unit
Standard One-Year Warranty on Entire Unit
Radiant Electric Ltd. will furnish through its direct purchasers without charge f.o.b. factory, freight collect, replacement parts for, or repairs to all products of the company which prove defective in material or
workmanship, under normal and proper use within one year from date of original installation, provided the
customer gives Radiant Electric Ltd. immediate written notice of such defects, and provided that inspection by
Radiant Electric Ltd. establishes the validity of the claim.
The correction of such defects or replacements will be made only when the complete product or parts claimed defective are returned to Radiant Electric Ltd., transportation charges prepaid, if such return is requested by Radiant Electric Ltd.
Repairs or replacements as provided by the foregoing paragraphs shall constitute fullfillment of all Radiant Electric Ltd. obligations with respect to this warranty. This warranty will not apply to such products or parts thereof that have been subject to abuse, misuse, or unauthorized alteration, or where Radiant Electric Ltd. installation and service requirements have not been met. In no event shall Radiant Electric Ltd. be liable for consequential damage. The foregoing warranty is in lieu of all warranties expressed or implied.
